VL3000DX-SVF18SP

This microscope system is distributed by Yonekura Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Lasertec is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the camera head furnished on this system.

Features

  • Confocal optics enabling the observation of high-contrast, high-magnification moving images without being affected by high-intensity light radiated at high temperatures
  • New laser head enabling observation with higher resolution than VL2000 series
  • Temperature control up to 1,800℃, and high-speed heating/cooling up to 1,500℃ per second
  • Vacuum chamber-type heating furnace enabling observation under various conditions (e.g., in a vacuum, with inert gas, and in a reducing atmosphere)
  • Observation at magnification of up to 3,000x (on 21-inch monitor)
  • Differential interference contrast (optional) available for visualizing small surface roughness
  • High-resolution imaging by 405nm violet laser
  • 10-hour video recording and playback function
  • Observation and recording linked to actual temperature available by using HI-TOS temperature control software
  • Recording of minute changes on the sample at high speed up to 15FPS with 1℃-increment temperature control

Applications

  • Moving image observation of samples such as steel, metals, ceramics, other materials and compound semiconductor wafers at extremely high temperatures
  • Moving image observation of various materials under heating/tensile tests
  • 3D analysis of various sample surfaces
