GDPR Addendum
This Addendum applies when the processing of personal information is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) and/or the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation, as it forms a part of the laws of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland by virtue of Section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (collectively the "GDPR").
