Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) is the technology to overcome the fidelity degradation of the projected patter on wafer due to its smaller pattern size than the exposure wavelength, by adding certain auxiliary pattern to the circuit pattern or correcting circuit patterns corresponding to the pattern fineness in the aim to transfer circuit pattern on wafer correctly.
